The design of the KX-TDA100 and
KX-TDA200 allows you to expand your system as your needs
grow by plugging in additional cards and telephones to the plug-in
architecture. All of the expansion card slots are
universal, so that any card can be plugged into any universal
slot, allowing maximum use of what's available within the
cabinet. What's even better is the TDA expansion cards operate on
both the KX-TDA100 and KX-TDA200 systems. That means
if you out grow the KX-TDA100 system, you can unplug
the expansion cards from that system and plug them directly
into the KX-TDA200 without having to buy a whole new
system.
In terms of maximum system capacities the
KX-TDA100 can offer up to 96 ports and the KX-TDA200 can
offer up to 192 ports with 128 wireless telephones.
All of the Panasonic KX-T7000, 7200, 7300,
7400, 7600, and 7700 proprietary telephones work with the
KX-TD100 and KX-TDA200 systems, so if you already own a
Panasonic system with one of these phone series it will be
inexpensive to upgrade to the KX-TDA system.
Both the KX-TDA100 and the KX-TDA200 have
Voice Over IP capability. Telephone voice calls
can be routed over your local or wide area network that would
otherwise just be used for data, thereby reducing traffic on
the telephone lines and reducing the overall cost when connecting
systems and locations together.
The KX-TDA50 is the little brother
to the KX-TDA100 and KX-TD200. It allows you to expand
your system as your needs grow by plugging in additional
cards and telephones to the plug-in architecture. This
means, if you start with a basic system and find that your needs
have grown, you can add additional cards and telephones to
your existing system without having to by a whole new system.
In terms of capacity, the KX-TDA50 can
support up to 8 CO lines and 28 extension ports which, in
turn, can support up
to 28 wireless handsets and 24 wired
telephones. All of the KX-T series proprietary
telephones work with the KX-TDA50, so like the KX-TDA100 and
KX-TDA200 upgrading your existing Panasonic system is
inexpensive.
The KX-TDA50 has a small, compact design,
but that does not diminish its capabilities. It has an
optional internal IP Gateway Card for VOIP
communications. By using the optional VOIP connection
you can connect to a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network
(WAN) at virtually no cost to the user.
